Test data file verify-signature-tally-component-votes.json has wrong filed names

The test data file verify-signature-tally-component-votes.json has wrong field names:

• votes must be decryptedVotes
• actualSelectedVotingOptions must be decodedVotes
• decodedWriteInVotes must be decodedWriteIns

See a file tallyComponentVotesPayload.json of tally data for the correct fields (e.g. tallyComponentVotesPayload.json)
