Timeline disappears from screen when scrolling through signals

It's good that a timeline was added, but right now it's treated like a regular signal in that it scrolls off-screen when scrolling through pages of signals. So you're forced to add multiple timelines all over the place.

The default behavior should IMO be that there's 1 timeline at the top of bottom of the screen and it stays put when you're scrolling.
