vhdl3.fst has trouble loading

The original window size doesn't change, creating a too zoomed in view or vertical bars of blank space when resizing the window. I think this should be handled at the webapp level

Actually, this only happens with surfer/examples/vhdl3.fst because it's stuck on this. Not sure why it's trying to download something
