load a otio nothin append with blender 'load Timeline' button > nothin happend

Target a script blender run > nothin happend (describe above)

How to reproduce the error as simple as possible (vanilla Stax and from startup)
- open blender
- hit load Timeline /or Target a script blender run
- load otio file
