Advanced PC options (minimum collector yield)

Based on @d.tschopp the backend provides a flag to apply the Performance check only if there is some minimal power yield. This can be helpful to filter out situations were the pump is not running e.g., due to stagnation.

I would suggest to include that in an "advanced option" field that can be extended in the Power Check settings:
