This fixes table lines in Firefox, which were oddly disjointed before.

- Some rewording of role descriptions and technologies used.
- Update the email in the PDF version

In reaction to feedback from @Stig.

This is the next level darker in Solarized, which doesn't do a lot,
but is a tiny bit lower contrast.

They were protruding from their lines, increasing the line-height and
introducing inconsistent line spacing, which was visually jarring.
Hopefully this works well enough across browsers and resolutions.

They show up inline, which is just awkward for previews, especially if
they are in the middle of a sentence.

This messes up analytics otherwise, as I get different routes for the
/index.html hits.
