VoronoiAnalysisModifyer - Face and Edge Threshold Relative Units

Dear Alex,

At the moment, within the VoronoiAnalysisModifier, when edge and face thresholds are supplied, these refer to absolute units, in the units supplied by the simulation frame.

In the study of certain systems, such as metallic glasses, it is common to read in the literature lines to the following effect:

"In order to minimize the problems of degeneracy and thermal fluctuations, surfaces having area less than 1% of the total area of the Voronoi cell surfaces have been removed", Ref. Mahjoub et al, doi: 10.1016/j.commatsci.2014.09.019

Therefore, it would be advantageous for users to be able to specify these values in fractional or percentage terms.

Regards,

Nick Hamilton
