Changes: -Changed template orientations to those of the DXA and Elastic Strain modifier -Added output of 'conventional' orientations -Better neighbour selection for diamond structures -Added identification of graphene structure
The radio buttons for the conventional/template orientations should perhaps be disabled when the 'Lattice orientations' option is not selected.
