Problems when using "Replicate" modification

When using OVITO version 3.0.0-dev396, I have encountered crashes and faulty behaviour.

Crashes occur when replicating Problem Geometry 1 (Si primitive cell). The following is written to the output:

free(): invalid next size (fast) Aborted (core dumped)

Faulty behaviour occurs when using "Replicate" with Problem Geometry 2 (Ag primitive cell). The number of particles doesn't change even when Particles are marked for replication. Their position, however, does change (see images at the bottom). NB: The Simulation cell expands or doesn't as expected depending on the value of "Adjust simulation box size".
