Choose bond color at modifier level

It would be great if the bond colors could be chosen in the bond modifier, so that subsequent bond modifiers, with different cutoffs, could have different colors.

Also, there seems to be a bug assigning a color to bonds using the Assign color modifier, which leaves bonds black that are created after the Assign color modifier.
