Add a laptop profile

Hay again, Ive noticed that the hypr config is more tailored for desktops and so id like to implement a preset for desktops and laptops. I am currently cooking up my own version of your dotfiles and fully re imagined install script with the changes I want as there is a few things that bug me before I can make it a daily driver.

For example, to make these profiles work we use desktop.conf or laptop.conf as presets that will covet the majority of user cases. Dotfiles (started work)
