Problem sending mail with 554 Recipients' domain disabled

This is a known issue, Mailgun sometimes throttles our connection due to excessive volume. It comes and goes, and we have no ETA for when service will be restored, unfortunately. All we can do is wait. This ticket will remain open to save people the effort of filing it again.
