PNG compression

Since ImgBB has a 32 MB hosting limit, compression is necessary for videos with medium to high bitrates, or pretty much any 4K content. It would also increase the upload process overall.

This issue is mentioned in README.md, but I'm adding this because I will attempt to implement it unless someone beats me to it. Two modules which could do this well are oxipng and optipng.
