LAN sync should work with latest Patchwork
As a new user of Manyverse bootstrapping myself onto ssb, I would like to be able to follow my laptop (or my friend's laptop) on the same LAN from Manyverse on my phone without using a pub server.
From the existing UI, I would expect that other ssb-using devices on the same LAN would appear in the Connections tab when the Wi-Fi option is enabled. I do see pub servers appearing on the Connections tab, but not my laptop.
Context: I installed the Manverse app, and found a friend who was using ssb to follow my phone, so now I can see lots of interesting posts. I've also installed patchwork on a laptop (I don't like typing long messages on a phone) as a second identity, and it can see and follow my phone when they are both on the LAN and replicate the phone's posts to the laptop, but I can't figure out how to use the Manyverse UI to find and follow the laptop so posts there can be propagated. Am I missing something obvious? I don't have access to an open pub server, and it seems like it would be possible to establish relationships between peers without one.
I've tried the 'generate invite code' option ('tho it seems like it designed to work to establish relationships the the other way) but patchwork didn't recognize it.
If the feature already exists, and I can get it to work, I will write some documentation for it so that it is easier for others to figure out.
phone is Android 5.0.2, HTC (maybe this is already supported and is just a bug on my phone) Manyverse 0.1901.23-beta
