New app header design

It is time to let go of the indigo-background top bar, it catches too much attention, and is no longer a common pattern on established main stream social platforms. We should make the app header "white" ("blank") and perhaps with a bold "black" ("bold") header title, similar to GitHub mobile, Facebook iOS/Android, etc. See #1669 (closed) for some ideas.
