Early deleted objects in objects storage services

Description

In cold storage classes of objects storage services, a minimum storage duration is common. If an object stored in such storage class is deleted too early, then the object is still billed until the end of the minimum storage duration.

Implementation

The code should already include the feature, yet it is not tested.

Definition of done

• A system test asserts that early deleted objects remains billed for the minimum storage duration.
