Support MLA 9

As of April 2021, the 9th ed. is the latest version of the MLA style guide.
It doesn’t seem like much needs to be changed, and it’ll be nice to officially support MLA 9 by the time it becomes commonplace.
It also makes issues with MLA 8 (ie #5 (closed)) slightly less important to fix.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
