media-video/tartube forces net-misc/youtube-dl

net-misc/youtube-dl is slowly being phased out and replaced by net-misc/yt-dlp in the official Gentoo Portage tree.

The media-video/tartube ebuild should depend on either of them being installed; it works with both of them.

(Or maybe the dependency should be removed completely as the program can be configured by the user to leverage any youtube-dl-compatible fork (in Edit→System Preferences→Downloaders→Forks).)
