Include the SRAMAG Asciidoc library as a subtree

The SRAMAG Asciidoc library is currently included as a submodule. I don't want to explain to my users that do not even know they are using git what is a sobmodule. As a user, I want to clone the template repository without black wizardy to include the library as well.
