Switching to wrong application

If I press a button that I've assigned to open Chrome for example, it will open Discord instead (which I have set up on a separate button). I can't figure out what is wrong and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists. I'm wondering if it's a bug with the plugin since the stream deck software got updated.
