Crash when updating the tree at a high rate from a Python script
Summary
Tree update seem to make it so that it is in an incomplete state at some points.
How to reproduce ?
The origin issue was fixed by this MR. The issue can be reproduced with the scripts in the GI'22 workshop repository
Expected behavior
Splash should not segfault/crash.
What is the frequency of occurrence of this behavior ?
Randomly, but more often as the Python refresh rate is higher.
