FileSystem/IO-Api

add new io Api for the upcoming folder support
add integrated attributes to the api (scriptName, scriptFolder, Directory)
add functions (createFolder(), deleteFile(), createFile(Name, Type), readFile, writeFile)
add enforced integrated IO access, scripts can only read either from diskApi or ioApi and not outside the scripts folder
allow scripts to bypass enforced security by sending a confirmation request in console and server; can be confirmed with (oj confirm)
do a poll on the service name (FileSystem? ioApi? File??)
