Using Spectre Web offline on Android

Since there is no Android version of Spectre yet, I wanted to use Spectre Web offline on Android because I don't want to send my master password over the internet to https://spectre.pw

So, I downloaded Spectre Web to my Android phone and opened index.html

But it does not work: CSS is not applied, login does not do anything

I also tried the same on Windows and there it works.

Can't I use Spectre Web locally on Android? (https://spectre.pw does work)
