Store and show a list of most used emoticons

I know WhatsApp and Telegram definitely do this, and it's something I've become very accustomed too. Store a list of used emoticons (empty on first launch) and show them in a separate tab in the emoticon picker in order of most used to least used.

Since most people only use a few emoticons regularly, this reduces the need to search through the list every time.
