Add option to compress room list

I have many rooms, which means that I have to do a lot of scrolling to get from the "rooms" section of the room list to the "people" and "low priority" sections. It would be nice if you could compress the room list to show only the first n rooms in a section (like Riot). This is especially handy when combined with the "sort on recent activity" option.
