[RFE] Proxy support clarification

Hi, My system has configured a proxy for http/https I would like to use but haven't found on how to configure it in Spectral.

With Quaternion, I can reach to a system which is behind a proxy and I've those same settings configured in my computer settings, but Spectral fails to connect to it, so looks like if no proxy support is enabled.
