Hammer and Sickle is an illegal symbol in some countries

The use of communist symbols is illegal in Georgia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, South Korea, and Ukraine. This "settings" icon can be changed to something more appropriate, for example, a gear. Also, it's strange to use a skull icon for the About section of the menu, at least for me.
