Include all tasks in preprocessing-consistency checks

Some tasks are excluded from preprocessing-consistency checks, in particular the LDV tasks because it would take a lot of time. However, as #1408 shows, these checks are important. So we should include them in CI, either by speeding up CI checks (cf. #877) or by defining jobs that can be executed in parallel.
