mandoc -Thtml .Bd -literal emits trailing whitespace
mandoc's html output (-Thtml) has trailing whitespace inside .Bd -literal environments. That's not supposed to be there and annoying gets rendered by the browser inside the
<pre> and gets copied into shells when one copy pastes. That's really annoying whenever broken shell commands inside a .Bd -literal ends in a backslash to escape the linebreak.
A workaround could be to trim trailing whitespace of the -Thtml output always, anyway, since it shouldn't be significant in any case I can think of / need.
