alsa-capabilities: differentiate between raw and packed encoding

alsa-capabilities currently only shows the (packed) output encoding formats (ie S16_LE and S32_LE) for interfaces. It should show which source encodings the interface supports.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
