DateTimeParseException while running create-vulnerability-report

After succesfully running the /sonatype/evaluate program and succesfully uploading and creating the local results file, I run the /sonatype/create-vulnerability-report with -r, -f, -s, -a arguments, and I receive a java.time.format.DateTimeParseException on '2025-03-25T17:54:51+01:00'.

It would seem to me that the create-vulnerability-report program cannot process this date format with timezone offset `YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS+01:00`, which should be generated by the evaluate program?
