websocket wss support

Hi @ewingson I'd like to use and promote solidweb.org in, my tutos or apps as you provide 250 Mo which is best than 25Mo of the solidcommunity.net but for a long time there is thing that block : It seems that there is an issue with websocket support on solidweb.org whereas it works on solidcommunity.net

I got "Firefox ne peut établir de connexion avec le serveur à l’adresse wss://spoggy.solidweb.org/."
