Describe AP server to server implementation side effects

For each standard activity (Update, Delete, Follow, Add, Remove, Like, Block, Undo) go through and make use cases and describe ActivityPub server to server implementation side effects related to the activity (i.e. Like also likes base classes and prerequisite vocabularies, etc.).
