[Feature Request] More robust Music API
At the moment, the sol.audio.music is rather simplistic. You can play music, change to a different track, and adjust volume.
I would like to propose a few additional features, which would add functionality to more complex music patterns.
- Add the ability to fade between tracks. Allow me to fade music between areas without having 50 different .oggs for a simple function. See area transitions in Xenoblade.
- Add adjusting playback speed. Let me play a track at 150% speed or 75% speed. I want to be able to pull a Crypt of the NecroDancer and play the music fast.
- Add ability to start at a specific time in the track.
- Let me pause the music and resume it.
- Let me have multiple tracks that are synced to each other (have the same time period), and let me fade between them. (I.E. Portal 2 and test chamber music adjusting when next to a laser, on a light bridge, or in a funnel)
- Let me be able to play multiple tracks at the same time.
