Blocks: allow to choose any maximum number of moves

Created by: christopho

From @maxamine

Currently, blocks properties allow to set (no movement / 1 movement only / unlimited movements). it would be nice if we could set a maximum number of movements we want, we could use it to create some nice puzzles for example.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
