Parallax scrolling not working with dynamic tiles

Entities that are not displayed at their position (like parallax dynamic tiles) are not correctly drawn. Static tiles with parallax scrolling are okay.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
