Add a function to get the solarus type

It can be useful to have a function that returns the solarus type. Example:
sol.main.get_userdata_type(userdata)or
sol.main.get_solarus_type(userdata)or just
sol.main.get_type(userdata)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
