Editor: resize multiple entities at once

We often need to resize multiple entities the same way, for example to modify the length of a wall or a cliff. Multiple selection is supported by operations like moving and erasing entities, but not for resizing.
When multiple entities are selected, the resizing would either be vertical or horizontal (not both) and all selected entities would get the same delta.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
