New features for .it musics

Add to the Lua API functions to get and set the tempo, and volume of each channel. These function would work for .it musics and generate an error for other musics.
sol.audio.get/set_music_tempo(), sol.audio.get/set_music_channel_volume()
This would allow to make dynamic effects on the current music.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
