Fullscreen modes are not selectable on OSX 10.7+

[reported by Lelinuxien] With the current 1.X branch and with OSX 10.7 and +, none of fullscreen modes are selectable (or even viewable) by any menu.

This happened with both SDK build versions (10.4 and 10.6), but only when running on 10.7 or greater.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
