Editor select the tile below while placing a new tile

When I am placing a tile (a small 8x8 for example, easier to reproduce bug), if the mouse cursor is outside the tile while placing, another tile is selected at the same time resulting multiple selection, which is really annoying (especially when we want to copy the created tile).

The editor should not be able to select any tile while placing a new tile on the map.
