Feature request: stairs that go from intermediate to high layer

Placing stairs (of type "inside map") on the low layer allow to go from low to intermediate or intermediate to low. It would be useful to be able to do the same between intermediate and high.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
