Editor: show an error message if the Lua classes cannot be loaded

Created by: christopho

If the LuaJ jar is not in the classpath, or not found, the editor runs but silently refuses to open maps and tilesets. An exception appears in the console. An error message is needed to help the user.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
