Forcing a quest size that is a multiple of 8 should not be mandatory
Allow for any quest size (but not map sizes: these should still be multiple of 8).
Goal: being able to set a quest size of 480x270, which is Full HD resolution divided by 4. With this, we will be able to target Full HD screens and use the totally of the screen.
