Use Teletransporter Creation Location to Decide Starting Values

Currently whenever you create a teletransporter the default settings starting Transition: Fade in/out, Destination: (Default destination) and a bunch of others that aren't effected by this. For doors inside a map this is a pretty good set of defaults.

However one place this is not a great set of defaults are the scrolling transitions that go between maps. And depending on the design of the game these can be almost or even more common. In addition these teletransporters are placed outside the map. Taking these two things together I would like to suggest when a teletransporter is created in the editor it checks to see if it is outside the map boundries. If it is the starting values are instead Transition: Scrolling and Destination: (Side of the map) (all others stay the same).

Now most of the time you are still going to have to open the edit menu to set the Destination map and maybe some other settings. So this will actually only save 4 clicks if you are really smooth about it. More usefully it means you don't have to worry about forgetting to do it.
