Resizing with R does not always work

In the map editor, sometimes the R keyboard shortcut to resize entities has no effect. Workaround: open and close a contextual menu (by right-clicking anywhere) and then it works again.
I only happens sometimes, I don't know the exact conditions to reproduce it.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
