      This will allow for the facing direction of each node to be easily
      determined without being able to see the top side.
      
      The detector's top side texture has also been notably rounded compared
      to the node creator.
      
      This is a usability feature to aid box builders with various
      colorblindness issues.  The symbols may also aid new builders
      in memorization of node functionality.  Additionally, directional
      indicators were added to the sides of Node Detector and Node Creator
      nodes, to make it clear which direction they're pointing when the
      top is not visible.

      When triggered, will only propagate the trigger signal to ONE
      randomly selected connection.  The triggered connection will then be
      (temporarily) removed from the selection pool.  When untriggered, will
      propagate the untrigger signal to all PREVIOUSLY TRIGGERED outputs.
      The untriggered connections will then be re-added to the trigger
      selection pool.

      No longer "merges" triggers to the same node.
      
      Rate limits triggers. 16/s max. After that, exponentially decay
      limit triggers for a while to each node. Tight loop circuits are
      controlled well this way. Some larger loops will continue to
      function.

      These are generated when a node is punched with the reveal tool. The
      linkage and message is displayed at all times, and a callback is used
      to display the node specific mech meta data.

      to make sure we have headers everywhere listing the proper code.
      
      I've relicensed spectator_mode from WT*PL to LGPL-2.1. No other
