Cannot Log In If MFA Enabled

I was working with a user who said they couldn't log in after getting logged out. It turns out they have MFA enabled, but are not prompted for MFA on login, instead it simply denies the login even if they're using the correct credentials. This was tested twice and failed both times. In order to get them to log in, you have to disable their MFA.
