Selecting Home/Notifications Tab No Longer Brings You To The Top

Before the most recent set of updates, tapping/clicking on the Notifications/Home tab would bring you to the top of the page. Not a huge issue, but it was a good quality of life feature my users mentioned. After not having that functionality I've noticed the same. It's crazy how much you take for granted until its gone :) I assume this is due to the work that was done in both Navigation components.
