Emoji out of screen

Environment

• Backend (Mastodon, Pleroma, etc):
• Browser/OS: Chromium / LInux

Bug description

When I try to add an emoji to a new message, if the message box is too large (e.g. due to long text) the emoji popup is totally or partially out of screen and there is no way to scroll down or otherwise get the emoji popup displayed inside the physical screen.

Env: Xfce 4.18 Screen size 15" Resolution 1366x768
